Yarr and Captain Rockhoper will dock at the Beach of Club Penguin (alongside the Lighthouse) on Friday, July 22 (and perhaps Thursday, as Club Penguin typically releases the Adventure Party a day early). Waddles16139 and a few folks who play Club Penguin will be actively searching for Rockhopper on Waddles16139 Club Penguin Blog to lend our Penguin Friends a flipper.
If you’d like to meet Rockhopper on Club Penguin, I suggest you try out our Club Penguin Rockhopper Tracker — which will be updated by our Club Penguin Cheats Team. Club Penguin Rockhopper Tracker
  • Rockhopper considers each and every resident a “friend” on Club Penguin. Unfortunately, because the Pirate has so many friends, he doesn’t accept Buddy Requests (which has been disabled, so you can’t add Rockhopper).
  • If you meet Rockhopper on Club Penguin, you can receive a Free Gift via the Gift Button which has replaced the Add Buddy Button on Rockhopper’s Playercard.
  • You can meet Rockhopper, but you cannot meet Yarr. If you don’t already know, Yarr is Captain Rockhopper’s Puffle — one he cares for very much. Nonetheless, Yarr likes to stay on the Migrator which is docked at the Beach.
  • Rockhopper likes to go on popular servers like Yeti, Mammoth, Yukon, Zero, and Grau.Ppular servers when a fewer number of penguins are on Club Penguin. Rockhopper also goes on French, Portuguese, and Spanish Servers.
  • You can learn more about Rockhopper and Yarr at our Club Penguin Rockhopper Tracker 2011 (Facts, Tips, and General Information).

Totally, Lily2722. Finding the brown puffle was definitely something to remember!

Hello Penguins!

In our last Reviewed by You post, we asked about your first memory of Club Penguin. You said you were excited to meet new friends, discover games, and adopt a puffle for the first time. Many of you received warm welcomes from other friendly penguins that helped you.

Erica777 said:

Hey CP i'm so glad you asked that question. The first time I logged into Club Penguin I was very young. I remember standing in the town just wondering where I should waddle off to first. Suddenly a bright blue penguin waddled up to me and said "hey you new here". I shyly said yeah how did you know. She said I looked confused. I asked where you can get the best refreshments. The blue penguin grinned and said "thats easy it's the coffee shop. When I walked into the coffee shop I knew by all the friendly faces and different people that I was perfectly safe on my new favourite site Club Penguin :D.
P.S. I want to thank BlueJunieB for being the first to add me as a buddy. YOU ROCK

Club Penguin Adventure Party 2011: Scavenger Hunt And Rockhopper

Hello Penguins!
The next Party on Club Penguin: Island Adventure Party 2011. The Music Jam of 2011 — a two-week event on Club Penguin — ends Monday, June 4. The Island Adventure Party of 2011 will hit the Island during the month of July, following the arrival of Rockhopper and a Scavenger Hunt on the Island.

Club Penguin Adventure Party 2011

The Adventure Party Scavenger Hunt will likely feature an Adventurous Hunt (such as the Paper Boat Hunt of 2010). I don’t know whether or not the Paper Boat Hunt will return for the upcoming Adventure Party, though given Club Penguin’s long track record of bringing back the same parties, I would give the return of the Paper Boat Hunt a 70-percent Chance.
Rockhopper and Yarr will be making an appearance during the Island Adventure Party. You can Find and Track Rockhopper with our Club Penguin Rockhopper Tracker. The Migrator Ship Hold will feature a new Pirate Catalog with Rockhopper’s New Treasures. You’ll also be able to receive a Stamp and an Autographed Background from Rockhopper (if you meet him).
Like last year’s Party, the Island Adventure Party of 2011 will feature an Adventurous and Tropical-Theme with several new Free Items and Collectibles. Unfortunately, Waddles16139 (me) have yet to learn when the party will take place on Club Penguin, though we assume that the party will begin and end on one of two dates: July 15 – 22 or July 22 – 29.
Nevertheless, I am most excited for the arrival of Rockhopper and for the Scavenger Hunt! I haven’t seen Rockhopper since the Earth Day Party (April), which marked the Pirate’s last appearance on Club Penguin. What are you most excited about for the upcoming Club Penguin Adventure Party 2011? Leave a comment and let us know!

Info About New Memberships

Hello Penguins,

For the first time since Club Penguin started, we've decided to change the price of new memberships purchased in US and Canada. Starting on July 13th, the new price for a Club Penguin membership will be $7.95 a month, $39.95 for 6 months and $59.95 for 12 months.

The new price is only for NEW membership purchases. If you already have a recurring membership, you'll keep paying the old price as long as you stay a member. You'll also be able to use membership cards with the old price if you have them.

Ever since we launched Club Penguin, we've released tons of new games, features and special events, and donated millions of dollars to charitable projects to help kids around the globe. The new price will allow us to create even more great content that will make Club Penguin even better. We can't say too much yet, but we have some really exciting new things planned for you in the coming months!

New Author Joining The Team!

Hi I'm Aabis1 and I'm a new author here. I will work and respect everyone! I have a Twitter and YouTube.

Club Penguin Raising The Price Of Memberships!

Hi Penguins!

Breaking News: The Walt Disney Company — commonly known as Disney — has reportedly enhanced the price of Memberships on Club Penguin. According to Club Penguin, One Month Memberships will soon be available for $7.95 (originally $5.95). Furthermore, Six Month Memberships will be priced at $39.95 (originally $29.95) and 12 Month Memberships will carry a standalone price of $69.95 (originally $57.95).

Club Penguin Memberships

According to Club Penguin Billing, an adjustment to the price of Membership on Club Penguin was needed because of the expansion of three new languages (Spanish, French, and Portuguese), the hiring of new moderators and other staff working to support the Island, new games, activities, and experiences in the virtual world, and the donation of millions of dollars to charitable projects helping kids and families around the globe.
Ok? I’m not buying what Club Penguin has offered in response to raising Membership Prices. Why? I’ll tell you why — lets get started:
1. Did we really need Club Penguin to add three new languages: French, Spanish, and Portuguese?
No. Before Disney’s purchase of Club Penguin, the Island only had English Servers — and at that time, I, as well as many others, never saw the need for Club Penguin to expand into several new languages. Nevertheless, Club Penguin launched French, Portuguese, and Spanish Servers — all of which appear to be a bad investment for Club Penguin. I do find the Spanish Servers to be quite useful, as I acknowledge that quite a few users speak Spanish (myself included). But Portuguese and French?
2. Did we really need new Moderators on Club Penguin? What about new Staff Members?
Because Club Penguin already has a Ban Filter in place, I don’t think we need new Moderators to help moderate the Island. I mean, they DO treat us like babies, so I guess they need those extra moderators to ban Penguins for a laugh? I am sure we need new Staff Members — even so the company has laid off several workers.
3. If you really need more money, why donate millions of dollars to Charitable Projects?
Wow! I really don’t understand why Club Penguin donates millions of dollars to Charitable Projects when they themselves are apparently not doing well (from a rich person’s standpoint). I learned last week that Club Penguin laid off several workers (though I’m sure the Walt Disney Company ordered the said layoffs).
4. Hmm… why do we have so many unused servers on Club Penguin? Seriously?
I remember a time when logging on to Club Penguin was nearly impossible as each and every server appeared to be FULL (this was when Club Penguin was popular). I am now surprised (not really) to see several empty servers on Club Penguin — and when I say several, I’m talking two or three pages of empty servers (French, Portuguese, English, and Spanish).
5. I hate Field Ops. I really miss the PSA (Penguin Secret Agency) on Club Penguin and Missions. Do you?
Field Ops. I am guessing that Disney can no longer afford to make New Missions on Club Penguin? Field-Ops are basically Short and Easy Missions on Club Penguin. I would love to see a Mission 12 on Club Penguin, but I doubt we will.
6. Nothing New — Same Parties and Events? I want to see New Parties, what about you?
I am sick and tired of seeing the same Parties and Events on Club Penguin. The Music Jam Party ends today, and I haven’t really seen anything different from last year’s Music Jam. Later in July, we will have the Island Adventure Party — which also happened to be sponsored on the Island Last Year! I mean, I pay $5.95 a month (soon to be $7.95/m) for a party I’ve already seen. Brilliant, Club Penguin! Just Brilliant!
I would love to continue my standpoint on why raising the price of Membership on Club Penguin seems to be unbearable, but I’ve got better things to do on Independence Day. I may wrap this up at a later date, though I doubt I’ll find the time to do so. In an email to Club Penguin, I addressed several concerns: Email to Club Penguin Addressing Several Bugs, Concerns. I have a follow-up to that article here: Club Penguin Addresses Several of Waddles16139 Concerns.

How To Create An Account On Club Penguin

Club Penguin

Welcome! I am excited that you want to join Club Penguin! Because I am certain that you’re either a regular visitor of our Waddles16139 Website or you’re a new user seeking a tutorial on How to Create an Account on Club Penguin, I just wanted to give you a heads up on what this article is all about; so be prepared to learn how to establish your very own penguin on the Island of Club Penguin.
Step 1: Visit Play.ClubPenguin.com and select Create a Penguin. You’ll be directed to the Club Penguin: Create a Penguin via Flash.
Step 2: Create a Penguin with 4 to 12 letters. You can also have Numbers and Spaces within your Penguin Name. Do NOT use your Real Name (like Joe Smith).
Step 3: Choose a Color — Blue, Lime Green, Pink, Black, Green, Yellow, Purple, Brown, Peach, Red, Orange, Dark Green, Aqua, and Light Blue (I prefer Black and Red).
Step 4: Create a Password — one that you will remember but others won’t. Do NOT set your Penguin Password as Penguin, Cake, Football, etc. I would push for a complex password that cannot be guessed or hacked.
Step 5: Parent’s Email Address — you must have your parents consent before you can play Club Penguin. Ask a Parent/Guardian for permission and have them enter their email address on the Registration Form.
Step 6: Select the Checkbox that reads, “I agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.” Afterwards, have a Parent/Guardian check their E-Mail (Yahoo!, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) for a Letter from Club Penguin. You MUST activate your Penguin Account before you can play Club Penguin!
Congratulations! You are now a Resident of Club Penguin. I recommend that you explore the Island and seek a Membership for more opportunities on Club Penguin.

Club Penguin Adventure Party 2011, Bugs, New Games, And Updates

Attention Penguins! Billybob announced today on the What’s New Blog of Club Penguin a Developer Update — sporting several enhancements, bug squashes, updates, and more around the Island. Below, I have outlined Billybob’s new post entitled Developer Update!

Adventure Party

The Club Penguin Adventure Party 2011 (also known as the Adventure Party 2011) will be available on the Island during the month of July. According to Billybob, “a certain pirate may be making an appearance,” revealing that Captain Rockhopper will be here for the upcoming Adventure Party.
The July 2011 Penguin Style Catalog and today’s Issue of the Club Penguin Times won’t arrive until next week! According to Billybob, “We’re doing some updates to our systems for the next few weeks…”
If you’re a Penguin Expert, you should know by now that the Club Penguin Team is currently giving each penguin a Red Hat and Blue Cloud Background. Unfortunately, the Technical Team is likely appending the new Item IDs to the Club Penguin Database(s), and given the Island’s enormous User-Base, it’ll be a few more days until the New Items arrive to everyone’s accounts.
The Technical Team of Club Penguin has squashed several bugs with DJ3K and Card-Jitsu. You can now play DJ3K and Card-Jitsu on Club Penguin at the Night Club and Dojo.
Rollerscape and several other Game Prototypes are helping the Club Penguin Team build the Island’s Next Game. According to Billybob, “We should have some new games up on the Beta Team site very soon.”
Finally, Billybob and Happy77 have extended the Music Jam! The Music Jam — which arrived to the Island on June 17 — will be available on Club Penguin until Monday, July 4.
Are you excited about the upcoming Island Adventure Party? I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait to meet Captain Rockhopper! Leave a comment and let us know!

Waddles16139 Meets Happy77 On Club Penguin

Breaking News: Waddles16139, and several other Penguins spotted Happy77 at the Casa Fiesta today on Club Penguin. Happy77, who happens to be an Artist and Moderator on Club Penguin, was making an appearance on the Big Surf Server. Here’s a Screenshot of Happy77:

Happy77

Interesting Fact: Happy77 only has 33 of the 287 Stamps that can be collected on Club Penguin. I would expect a Moderator to have more Stamps, though I’ll lend Happy77 a Flipper and give her credit for the hard work she’s exerted around the Island (hence her YouTube Videos giving us Sneak Peeks!)
What do you think? Did you meet Happy77 on Club Penguin? Let us know in the comments!
